   Hey Mineko, I lived on Spinnaker isle for a while. It’s a great neighborhood and most people don’t know that it’s zoned to allow a 2 unit house on each lot. The best part of course is the marina frontage on every house with a private dock. But also there is a great breeze that comes down Hahaione Valley almost everyday. It feels great. I love Spinnaker isle!
