Mortgage rates lowest since 1970

Long-term mortgage rates this week ties a record low reached the week of April 2nd, the lowest level since at 1970.  Last year at this time, the 30-year fixed rate mortgage averaged 6.06 percent.

長期ローン利率が４月２日の週で１９７０年ぶりの最低率を示した。　去年のこの時期の３０年の固定型ローンは平均６．０６パーセントでした。
